Brigaldara Soave 2025 Dry Garganega 750ml 13% (Italy)
🍷 Brigaldara Soave DOC 2025 is a dry Italian white wine made entirely from Garganega, the local grape behind its fresh, fragrant character. From Veneto’s Marcellise vineyard, it offers a bright alternative for anyone who enjoys expressive white wines with lively freshness and a smooth, easy flow on the palate. The 750ml bottle contains 13% alcohol and is closed with a practical screw cap.
🍇 The vineyard lies at 150–200 metres above sea level, and the grapes are picked by hand in the second half of September. Brigaldara selects the fruit carefully and uses selective cryoextraction, partially freezing the grapes to help protect their aromas from oxidation. Fermentation stays below 14°C, followed by six months of ageing in steel. These choices keep the focus on Garganega’s fruit and delicate aromatic expression.
🌼 Yellow apple and citrus lead the bouquet, joined by floral notes and gentle hints of mint and chamomile. The palate is smooth and fluid, supported by vibrant freshness and a subtle mineral touch. A clean finish completes the experience. Brigaldara Soave DOC 2025 is especially appealing when you want an aromatic white that feels refreshing throughout a meal.
🍽️ We suggest pairing it with grilled fish, seafood, vegetable risotto or light pasta. Its citrus and floral character also makes it a pleasant aperitif before dinner. Serve at around 8–10°C in a white wine glass, then allow the aromas to unfold gradually. Avoid overchilling, which can hide the more delicate notes.
✨ For a relaxed evening or a dinner with friends, this Soave brings straightforward Italian charm to the table. Keep the bottle cool and away from direct sunlight; refrigerate after opening and replace the cap securely. Contains sulphites.
