We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within the legally permitted timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase;
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;  It must not be damaged — label, excise stamp, or packaging
  
• The refund amount may be less than the original purchase price because the user is responsible for paying for the return shipping
• Third-party payment processing fees or commissions charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required;

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within max. 3 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
