Terra Kisi Family Reserve 2022 is a Georgian dry red wine from Kakheti, combining four grape varieties in a precisely defined blend: Saperavi 40%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Budeshuri 20% and Merlot 20%. Its identity comes from the meeting of Georgian winemaking tradition with French oak maturation. The 750ml bottle contains 14.5% alcohol by volume and belongs to the winery's Family Reserve range.

The grapes are hand harvested and each variety is fermented separately in traditional Georgian qvevri, clay vessels used for wine production. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation develops the wine's structure and intense colour. This separate treatment of the varieties is followed by blending and maturation, bringing their individual contributions together in one reserve wine.

Fourteen months in French oak barrels add complexity to the blend. The aromatic profile combines ripe black fruit with vanilla and spice. On the palate, fruit, structure and finesse meet in a harmonious balance. Qvevri fermentation and oak ageing are both essential parts of this wine's production; it is a dry red blend with a defined maturation period.

For the 2022 red vintage, Terra Kisi reports a silver medal and 91/100 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2026. We recommend serving at 16–18°C alongside grilled beef, lamb or aged cheese. Pour into a red-wine glass and allow a little time for the aromas to open. The wine contains sulfites.
