Pomegranate color, with light aroma of various ripe fruits. Long-time and long-lasting taste.

 Qvevri with Kakhetian traditional technology, 3.5 months maceration on full grape skins, pips and stems. Aged in oak barrels during 3 months (In the process of wine making, no additional materials are used, only sulfites (SO2) and those only for disinfection of oak barrels and qvevri). Wine is bottled without filtration.

The finest examples of reserve wines are gathered under the Tchotiashvili Collection wine label. Each bottle undergoes strict quality control and features the signature of the oenologist along with a unique number.'
