BR Fusion Cava Brut 750ml 11.5% (Spain)
BR Fusion Cava Brut is a dry Spanish Cava from the Viñedos de Almendralejo range of Bodegas Romale. The blend uses 40% Macabeo, 40% Parellada and 20% Xarel·lo. This wine belongs to the D.O. Cava appellation and expresses the Brut style. Its Macabeo (40%), Parellada (40%), Xarel·lo (20%) blend gives a clear sense of the producer's approach. 🥂
This Brut presents a pale, bright colour and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The fruit and subtle floral impression sit alongside a fresh, dry palate and elegant finish. It has the lively character to open a meal and enough balance to accompany a selection of savoury dishes. The producer selects the grapes carefully and harvests them by hand in boxes. A second fermentation takes place in bottle with selected yeasts following the traditional method. The designation on the rear confirms at least nine months in bottle. Chill to 6–8°C and pair with seafood, white fish, small tapas or light starters. The 750ml bottle carries 11.5% alcohol and contains sulphites.
BR Fusion Cava Brut comes in a 750ml bottle and is made for sharing at the table. Pour it gently into a clean sparkling-wine glass and allow the mousse a moment to settle. Its combination of bubbles and fruit can open a gathering, while a suitable dish highlights another side of its character. Serve at 6–8°C, then taste a second glass with food to notice how the texture and fruit change. The wine contains sulphites. 🍾✨
