Paloma Cocktail from Alcozon🍹

Modern Paloma with Tequila Mundo & Thomas Henry

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) Tequila Mundo (blanco preferred for freshness)
• 4 oz (120 ml) Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit Tonic
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
• Optional: 0.25 oz (7 ml) agave syrup (if you prefer it a touch sweeter)
• Ice

Garnish:

• Lime wedge or grapefruit slice
• Optional: Salt rim

Instructions:

1. (Optional) Rim a highball glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping in salt.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add Tequila Mundo and fresh lime juice.
4. Top with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit Tonic.
5. Stir gently once.
6. Garnish with lime or grapefruit.
