- 50 ml dark rum π (Ron BarcelΓ³ Dark Gran AΓ±ejo)
- 100 ml ginger beer π« (Thomas Henry Ginger Beer)
- 10 ml fresh lime juice π
- Ice π§
- Lime wedge π (for garnish)
π Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice π§
- Add the ginger beer and lime juice π
- Slowly pour the dark rum over the top to create a layered effect π
