Tchotiashvili Chveni Ezo Dry Amber Wine 750ml 12% 2024 (Georgia)
🍷 Tchotiashvili Chveni Ezo 2024 is a dry amber wine from Georgia, made with Muskaturi Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane. The grapes are grown in the family's own ampelographic vineyard. The Chveni Ezo series developed through collaboration between the younger generation and their parents, combining local grape varieties with the family's experience of traditional qvevri winemaking.
This wine spends six months in qvevri, partly on grape pomace and without stems. That production detail forms an essential part of its identity. The 2024 vintage is bottled at 12% alcohol in a 750 ml clear glass bottle. A natural cork sits beneath the red wax seal.
🍽️ Its bright amber colour carries golden highlights. The aromatic profile combines white fruit, flowers and a subtle touch of honey. The palate is gentle and harmonious, with soft structure, fresh acidity and a clean, long finish. It suits vegetable dishes, chilled salads, fish, seafood, poultry and young cheeses. These pairings make it a practical choice for a varied meal, especially when several lighter dishes share the table.
Serve Tchotiashvili Chveni Ezo at 14–16°C and allow a little air if desired. The wine is unfiltered and contains sulphites; a small natural sediment is acceptable. This bottle was filled on 20 April 2025, under lot L1116AMPELO2. Its EAN is 4862108440111. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool place, and pour carefully if sediment has settled.
