🧾 Ingredients:

• 50 ml dark rum 🏝 (Ron Barceló Dark Gran Añejo)
• 100 ml ginger beer 🫚 (Thomas Henry Ginger Beer)
• 10 ml fresh lime juice 🍋
• Ice 🧊
• Lime wedge 🍋 (for garnish)

🛠 Instructions:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice 🧊
2. Add the ginger beer and lime juice 🍋
3. Slowly pour the dark rum over the top to create a layered effect 🏝
