Gin and Tonic Cocktail  🍸

Puerto de Indias & Thomas Henry G&T

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) Puerto de Indias Gin (Strawberry or Classic – see garnish notes)
• 4–5 oz (120–150 ml) Thomas Henry Tonic Water
• Ice (large cubes)

Garnish (based on gin type):

• Puerto de Indias Strawberry: Fresh strawberries + a slice of lime or basil leaf
• Puerto de Indias Classic: Orange peel or grapefruit twist + rosemary sprig

Instructions:

1. Fill a balloon glass with large ice cubes.
2. Pour in the Puerto de Indias gin.
3. Slowly top with chilled Thomas Henry tonic.
4. Stir gently to mix without losing carbonation.
5. Add the garnish that complements your gin type.
