Schuchmann Saperavi Rosé 2023 is a dry rosé wine from Kakheti, Georgia, made from Saperavi grapes using classical winemaking with short maceration. This brief contact with the grape skins creates the rosé style while retaining a distinctly fruity expression. Presented in a 750 ml bottle, the wine has an alcohol content of 14% by volume and offers a different way to explore Saperavi through Schuchmann’s Georgian range.

Ripe red berry aromas are at the heart of its character, accompanied by fresh, expressive flavour. The dry style makes it an appealing option for drinkers who enjoy fruit aromas without choosing a sweet wine. Pour into a wine glass and take time to explore the berry fragrance before tasting. A relaxed meal with friends is a natural setting for this rosé, whether it opens the evening or accompanies food.

We recommend serving at approximately 10–12°C. Suggested pairings include seafood, fish, poultry and soft cheese, as well as a simple vegetable salad. These serving suggestions offer a starting point for your table: choose delicately seasoned dishes that allow the wine’s fruit character to remain noticeable. It can also be included in a Georgian wine gift selection alongside other grape varieties and styles.
