Tchotiashvili Saperavi Shiraz Red Wine, expressive dry red Qvevri wine — a rare and masterful blend of two powerful grapes: Georgia’s native Saperavi and the internationally renowned Shiraz 🍇🏺

Produced by the Tchotiashvili Family Winery in Kakheti, this wine beautifully unites Georgian authenticity with modern finesse, offering depth, balance, and sophistication in every sip

Made using the traditional Kakhetian Qvevri method, the wine undergoes 3.5 months of maceration with full grape skins, pips, and stems. This ancient process enhances natural tannins, structure, and color

After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, gaining layers of spice, warmth, and roundness

No filtration or additives are used — only minimal sulfites (SO₂) for Qvevri sanitation — preserving its natural purity and character

In the glass, Tchotiashvili Saperavi-Shiraz reveals a deep ruby-red color with violet reflections

On the nose — aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, pepper, and vanilla oak

On the palate — full-bodied and elegant, with flavors of dark berries, spices, and subtle smokiness, balanced by smooth tannins and a long, harmonious finish

This wine captures the perfect harmony between Saperavi’s strength and richness and Shiraz’s spice and silkiness — a true symbol of innovation within tradition

Best enjoyed at 16–18°C, it pairs excellently with grilled meats, barbecue, game dishes, and aged cheeses 🧀🥩🔥
