Vivens Goruli Mtsvane Chinuri Semi-Sparkling Wine 750ml 13% (Georgia)
🍷 Vivens Goruli Mtsvane Chinuri 2025 is a semi-dry white, semi-sparkling wine from the Mukhrani Valley in Kartli, Georgia. This bottling brings together two Georgian grape varieties, Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri. Its gentle sparkle offers a different experience from a still white wine, while the producer describes the palate as soft and naturally balanced. The 750 ml bottle contains 13% alcohol.
🌿 Vivens works with a biodynamically farmed vineyard and ferments the wine with its own native yeasts. The producer treats the vineyard as a living ecosystem, where the soil, vines and animals exist together. Careful hygiene and selected winemaking vessels form part of this approach. The wine is produced without added sulfites, but it does contain naturally occurring sulfites: these are different statements, and this is not a sulfite-free wine.
🥂 This is part of the producer’s “living wine” range, which continues to develop in the bottle. The combination of a semi-dry style, gentle effervescence and a soft texture makes it an interesting choice for exploring Georgian white wines beyond still bottlings. The grapes belong to the 2025 harvest, and the wine was bottled on 18 April 2026.
🍽️ Alcozon serving suggestions: enjoy Vivens Goruli Mtsvane Chinuri at 8–10°C in a white-wine glass. Try grilled fish, lightly seasoned poultry, soft cheese or a simple salad alongside it. These are our style-based pairing recommendations, rather than the producer’s tasting notes. For a first pairing, choose gently seasoned dishes so that the wine remains the focus.
🧊 Store in a cool, dark place at +6 to +12°C. Natural sediment may occur. The storage range is the producer’s guidance; the narrower serving range above is Alcozon’s recommendation.
