Madame Veuve Point Bourgogne Chardonnay is an authentic expression of Burgundy’s elegance, shaped by more than a century of heritage and winemaking excellence. Born from the legacy of Madame Veuve Point — whose Pouilly-Fuissé won the Grand Prize at the 1904 Saint Louis World’s Fair — this cuvée reflects the pioneering spirit of one of France’s most influential female winemakers. Today, her great-great-granddaughter Géraldine Point continues the tradition with more than 30 acclaimed AOP wines crafted across Burgundy’s most renowned villages

This Madame Veuve Point Bourgogne Chardonnay is sourced from select terroirs rich in limestone and chalk, soils known for giving Chardonnay its signature minerality, freshness, and structure. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, the wine maintains purity of fruit, balanced acidity, and a clean mineral backbone characteristic of the region

In the glass, it shows a pale golden color with green reflections. The aroma reveals flinty minerality, acacia and hawthorn flowers, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, the wine is lively and expressive, combining freshness with refined fullness. Citrus, pear, floral tones, and hints of brioche create a harmonious and elegant profile that reflects the house’s historic craftsmanship

Food pairings commonly recommended for Madame Veuve Point Bourgogne Chardonnay include seafood, grilled fish, pesto pasta, onion tarts, fresh salads, and soft cheeses such as Brie, Saint-Nectaire, and Beaufort. For optimal aromatic expression, serve chilled at 11–13°C.

A true Burgundy classic — elegant, mineral, and crafted with family dedication since 1904 ✨🍇
