Ethno Mtsvane Rkatsiteli Bio Wine is a traditional Georgian white dry wine crafted from grapes grown in the company’s own vineyards located in the Manavi microzone of Kakheti. The vines are over 40 years old, which contributes to the wine’s concentration, complexity, and expressive character. Produced using classical Georgian methods, this wine reflects authenticity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for local terroir 🇬🇪
The blend consists of 50% Mtsvane and 50% Rkatsiteli, two iconic Georgian grape varieties that complement each other beautifully. Fermentation takes place using only wild indigenous yeasts, without the use of commercial yeast cultures. After fermentation, the wine matures in traditional clay qvevri vessels for 6–7 months, allowing extended skin contact that builds structure, texture, and depth
Following qvevri aging, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it continues to mature for an additional one year. Only after careful sensory evaluation and laboratory analysis confirming stability and quality, the wine is gently filtered and bottled.
