Ethno Saperavi Bio Wine is a traditional Georgian dry red wine crafted from Saperavi grapes grown in the producer’s own vineyards located in the Khashmi microzone of Kakheti — one of Georgia’s most respected wine-growing areas. The wine is produced using authentic Georgian winemaking methods that emphasize minimal intervention and respect for terroir, resulting in a pure and expressive expression of the Saperavi grape
Fermentation takes place using wild indigenous yeasts, without the addition of any commercial yeast cultures. After fermentation, the wine is aged in traditional clay qvevri vessels for 6–7 months, allowing natural micro-oxygenation and extended skin contact that build structure, depth, and complexity.
