Kuehn Cuvée Saint Hubert Pinot Noir 750ml 13% (France, Alsace)
Kuehn Cuvée Saint Hubert Pinot Noir is a refined and expressive red wine crafted by Maison Kuehn — a historic Alsatian estate founded in 1675 in the village of Ammerschwihr. Named in honor of Saint Hubert, the patron of hunters, this cuvée embodies elegance, purity, and a deep connection to the region’s cool-climate terroir. With its distinctive stag emblem, the wine reflects both heritage and precision winemaking.
Kuehn Cuvée Saint Hubert Pinot Noir sourced from select hillside vineyards with limestone- and clay-rich soils, the grapes achieve excellent balance between ripe fruit, natural acidity, and silky tannin structure. Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks followed by gentle aging preserves varietal purity and highlights the finesse typical of Alsace Pinot Noir.
In the glass, the wine shows a luminous ruby-red color. The nose opens with vibrant red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and subtle cranberry notes, layered with hints of rose petals, soft spice, and a touch of forest floor. On the palate, it is elegant, smooth, and well-structured — offering fresh red berries, delicate earthiness, and gentle oak undertones. The tannins are fine and silky, supporting a long, graceful finish with remarkable balance and clarity.
This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck breast, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, salmon, and soft cheeses such as Brie or Tomme. Serve slightly chilled at 14–16°C for optimal aromatic and textural expression.
A polished and graceful Alsace red — vibrant, silky, and crafted with centuries of winemaking tradition. ✨🍒
