Black Negroni Cocktail 🖤

with Puerto de Indias Black Gin, Antica Formula, and Carpano Bitter

Ingredients:

• 1 oz (30 ml) Puerto de Indias Black Edition Gin
• 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
• 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Botanic Bitter
• Ice

Garnish:

• Orange peel (expressed over the drink)

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add all ingredients: gin, vermouth, and bitter.
3. Stir well for about 20–30 seconds until chilled.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Tasting Notes:

• Puerto de Indias Black Gin: dark, floral and subtly spiced
• Antica Formula: rich, vanilla and herbaceous
• Carpano Bitter: elegant bitterness, more botanical than Campari

This Negroni variation is richer, smoother, and more aromatic than the classic.
