🧾 Ingredients:

• 30 ml gin 🍸 
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice 🍋
• 10 ml simple syrup 🍯
• 90 ml sparkling wine 🥂 
• Ice 🧊
• Lemon twist 🍋 (for garnish)

🛠 Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice 🧊
2. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup
3. Shake well for about 15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled champagne flute 🥂
5. Top with sparkling wine
6. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately 🍋✨
