🥂 Paul Bara Brut Réserve Grand Cru Champagne brings the character of Bouzy to the table in a generous, finely bubbling non-vintage Champagne. The family house makes this signature cuvée from Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy, within the Montagne de Reims. Its blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay gives the wine ripe fruit, poise and a lively finish.

In the glass, Paul Bara Brut Réserve Grand Cru Champagne has a pale yellow-gold colour and a fine, abundant mousse. Aromas of fleshy ripe fruit and Mirabelle plum open into spice, honey, candied fruit, bergamot and orange peel. On the palate, fresh fruit meets body and intensity, with yellow peach and a subtle peppery note. The balance makes each sip inviting from the first toast through the meal.

Serve Paul Bara Brut Réserve Grand Cru Champagne well chilled as an aperitif. It is especially appealing alongside scallops or shrimp, where its fruit and freshness lift the seafood. 🍤 For a celebration, dinner invitation or thoughtful gift, the bottle presents a distinctive Grand Cru expression from one of Champagne's renowned villages. The photographed product includes a presentation box; check the packaging on delivery if gifting is central to your order.
