Rcheuli Qvevri Kisi is a limited dry amber qvevri wine from Kakheti, Georgia, made from the indigenous Kisi grape. The 2015 vintage spent extended time in contact with grape skins in traditional clay qvevri, creating a deep amber colour and a layered, textured dry style. It is bottled unfiltered at 13% ABV in a 750ml format.

Rcheuli Qvevri Kisi has a distinctive aromatic profile of dried apricot, quince, orange peel and ripe stone fruit. Wildflower honey, warm spice and subtle herbal notes add complexity without taking away from the wine’s freshness. On the palate, it is dry, structured and harmonious, combining ripe fruit and citrus peel with light nuttiness, gentle tannins, balanced acidity and a mineral finish. The qvevri method gives the wine presence and texture while keeping its Kakhetian character clear.

For the best expression, serve at approximately 12–14°C and allow the bottle a little time in the glass before tasting. It pairs naturally with roast poultry, grilled vegetables, mushrooms, aged cheeses and richer fish dishes. Its structure also makes it a rewarding companion to Georgian food, especially dishes with herbs, walnuts or savoury spices. Rcheuli Qvevri Kisi is a bottle for slow enjoyment, food pairing and exploration of mature Georgian amber wine.

Produced as part of the Rcheuli Qvevri limited series by Tchotiashvili Vineyards, this release reflects the depth and longevity that traditional qvevri winemaking can bring to Kisi.
