Tchotiashvili Kakhuri Mtsvivani Amber Wine 2019 is an extraordinary dry amber wine, masterfully crafted by the Tchotiashvili Family Winery in Kakheti, the birthplace of Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition 🍇✨.

Made from the rare and indigenous Kakhuri Mtsvivani grape variety, this wine embodies the harmony between Georgia’s ancient qvevri methods and the natural purity of the land.

Using the traditional Kakhetian qvevri technique, the wine ferments and matures for several months in large clay vessels buried underground, with full skin and seed contact. This process develops its amber color, rich texture, and characteristic tannic balance.

No additives or artificial materials are used — only minimal sulfites (SO₂) for qvevri sanitation. The wine is unfiltered, preserving its authenticity, structure, and mineral vitality.

Tchotiashvili Kakhuri Mtsvivani Amber Wine - In the glass, Tchotiashvili Kakhuri Mtsvivani reveals a deep amber-golden hue with copper highlights.

On the nose — intense aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, wild honey, and herbal spice, combined with delicate earthy undertones 🍯🍊🌿.

On the palate — dry, structured, and full-bodied, offering notes of ripe quince, almond, and warm spice, balanced by refined tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

Rich in phenolic compounds and natural antioxidants, this wine is not only elegant but also healthful — a hallmark of true Georgian qvevri craftsmanship.

Perfectly pairs with aged cheese, poultry, seafood, or spiced Georgian dishes 🧀🍗🍲.

Tchotiashvili Kakhuri Mtsvivani 2019 stands as a symbol of authenticity, balance, and patience — a timeless expression of Georgia’s living winemaking heritage 🇬🇪🍷.
