Tchotiashvili Tavkveri Montepulciano Red Wine 750ml 14.5% (Georgia)
Tchotiashvili Tavkveri Montepulciano Red Wine Wine 2017 is a remarkable dry red wine, born from an exceptional blend of Georgian Tavkveri and Italian Montepulciano grapes — a fusion of ancient Georgian tradition and refined European character 🍇🇬🇪🇮🇹.
Produced by the renowned Tchotiashvili Family Winery in Kakheti, this limited-edition wine belongs to the “Specially Bottled” collection, which showcases the finest handcrafted vintages made with centuries-old qvevri techniques.
Fermented and matured using traditional Kakhetian qvevri technology, the wine undergoes 3.5 months of maceration on full grape skins, pips, and stems, followed by 3 months of aging in oak barrels.
No additives are used in production — only minimal SO₂ for disinfection of qvevri and barrels — and the wine is bottled unfiltered, preserving its authentic, natural character.
