Produced in Imereti, this wine is made exclusively from 100% Tsitska grapes, using the traditional qvevri method with minimal intervention.

The wine undergoes one month of full skin-contact maceration, followed by six months of maturation in qvevri without skins, giving it both freshness and structure. It shows a golden-straw color ✨. On the nose, it offers expressive aromas of persimmon, apricot 🍑, and citrus 🍋, while the palate is full-bodied, dry, and complex, with a long, refreshing, and pleasant finish.

At 13.3% ABV, this Tsitska is both elegant and versatile. Best served chilled at 10–12°C, it pairs wonderfully with seafood 🐟, chicken 🍗, fresh salads 🥗, and a variety of cheeses 🧀.
