Tchotiashvili Budeshuri Saperavi 2017 is a remarkable and limited-edition dry red wine, part of the Specially Bottled series from the acclaimed Tchotiashvili Family Winery in Kakheti, Georgia.

Crafted from the Budeshuri clone of Saperavi — one of Georgia’s rarest and most refined red grape varieties — this wine captures the essence of Georgian terroir through purity, depth, and centuries-old craftsmanship 🍇🏺.

Produced using the traditional Kakhetian qvevri method, the wine spends 3.5 months macerating on full grape skins, pips, and stems, allowing it to absorb maximum color, tannin, and complexity.

No additional materials or chemicals are used during production, except for minimal SO₂ applied only to disinfect qvevri. The wine is unfiltered, preserving its natural character and rich structure.

In the glass, Budeshuri Saperavi 2017 presents an intense garnet-pomegranate hue with deep violet reflections.

On the nose — aromas of black cherry, wild berries, dried plum, and spice, mingled with subtle earthy and smoky undertones 🍒🌿🔥.

On the palate — robust yet balanced, revealing layers of dark fruit, tobacco, cocoa, and oak, supported by elegant tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.

Each bottle of the Specially Bottled collection is individually numbered and hand-signed by the oenologist, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.

This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, aged cheeses, lamb dishes, or traditional Georgian cuisine 🥩🧀🍷.

Tchotiashvili Budeshuri Saperavi 2017 stands as a testament to Georgian winemaking mastery — bold, natural, and timelessly elegant 🇬🇪✨.
