Sourced from 45 exceptional plots across 7 Grand Crus in the Montagne de Reims, Vallรฉe de la Marne, and Cรดte des Blancs, Cristal 2015 blends 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The 2015 vintage benefitted from a hot summer and timely August rains, producing grapes of perfect ripeness and balance. The wine is partly aged in oak (25%) and bottled without malolactic fermentation, with a dosage of 7g/L.
