Product Description:

Sweet red wine made from grapes grown in various vineyard sites across the Western Cape. The wine has a soft structure with fruit-forward characteristics and a naturally sweet finish.

Vineyard Information:

Grapes are sourced from vineyards located across diverse meso-climates, including exposed hills and sheltered valleys. Soil types include granite, sandstone, and alluvial soils. Fruit is selected from multiple wards within the Western Cape.

Winemaking Process:

Grapes are harvested in the early morning. Traditional skin fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is sweetened using Chenin Blanc juice.

Suggested Pairing:

Suitable to accompany venison, veal, or pasta dishes such as lasagna.
